Guess you are out of luck, go back a few save games and try again, I didn't see such a problem. Just in case. Download the latest full version (if you only downloaded updates).

It shouldn't happen...

I can't see fire on Police Station to be extinguished with Hellfire Extinguisher.
Hence I can't get Chest Key.

A Gold Idol I think, don't remember for certain, but you shouldn't need to sell it. If you haven't went back to the underground bunker entrance in the warehouse I think this clue is to guide you there.

I went both ways (full and partial)...hoping for threesomes somehow to wind up in the booty calls like TON...

61% without booty calls
69% with them...and that was after forgetting Ella's profile... I got it now...

I found out the best way to get more info on missed items is from that guy standing in front of Channel 4 and keep talking to him until just the calls are the only things mentioned... He's the only one that doesn't get stuck in a crowd if you talk to him facing him... I think that guy was getting grilled more than the criminals...
