When are they going to update the sex shop with new vids? It hasn't really been updated outside the first release of the game.

Been that way for months now, dunno why you think this is a new thing. Or worth mentionning. Wait till no1 can leak updates to be surprised
PS : you indeed only need the www folder to update, since all the stuff is in there ............. You could even update with the ~50 new files spread around those folders, but people still can't copy/paste 1 folder every 2 weeks, no way they can't fuck up moving ~50 files in different places
I suspect that the next update, on the 15th, will be the last main plot update, with the remaining ~25% of the updates being post-game content.
No, it's because of certain events that took place in the first game in this series, Lust Epidemic and its sequel, The Treasure of Nadia.

If I am being honest, I feel like the story wasn't as interesting as the first two games in the series. Seems like the developer is running on fumes at this point and probably just wants to be over at this point.

Yeah, 2 empty folders. That changes everything. You sooooooo need them for the update ......... Are you even trying to make sense or are you that desperate you need to find stuff out of thin air ?
Now that you've mentioned it, I'm sure those empty folders is the difference maker in whether an update works or not. I mean, when you think about it, an empty bag isn't actually empty because it contains air!

Just correcting your incorrect statement. Yes the empty folders are of no consequence other then to question the logic as to why they are there.
