it was announced months & months ago.
there is even a release date.

It's not a problem. Just don't rush and don't craft the bow before you need it during that side game missionI had the same problem when I played this game. I hope it has been fixed.

We're busy testing lots of new animations and systems for the new Symphony of the Serpent game engine. Health and Mind are two new stats in SotS that will come into play during combat and other progression in the game. The main character, Ethan, is quite a fighter... if only he could remember all his kick-ass combat moves. Increasing your characters robustness during battle will allow you to take on more and more difficult opponents as you navigate the city of Escovia and its inhospitable outskirts, tombs, and caves. Filled with gangs, mobsters, police, bodyguards, dangerous animals, and maybe a few mythical and magical foes this is no place for the weak.

i've never exp'd any of the bugs people talk about except the one i found in the late game after talking to the judge after doing the Carol (land seizure) questI had the same problem when I played this game. I hope it has been fixed.

The bug with the judge in the tribunal has been fixed.
But the one I'm talking about was weird. At one point in the game (after Alia arrived in town) I saw her in two different places at the same time (the sex shop and the farm, if I remember correctly). This went on until the scene where Alia and Hannah are playing with the alligator, or even after.
