managed to get out of it by going back to v19 and from the game itself went outside of heathers house and did the save from there then went back to the latest version and continued the game

Follow the Oracle dude, instructions are simple you don't have to apply too much brain also, unless you don't have a brain and don't understand what the Oracle instructions are
