after i enter, all it does is that it keeps stuck at the starting screen and the music plays..

I just opened the file ._.

The game can take a while to load, especially on lower end machines (or a VM like when I tried it) but once it does you just click the play (right-pointing triangle) button in the lower right to start. And everything after that is basically 100% linear and self-explanatory.
