You can definetly finish the game that way. I just did yesterday. Try looking at the Notebook in your Home, it tells you what you need to do.

Hello everyone!
I'm currently working on a nearly complete collection of saves.
The plan is to eventually have a save for every major event in each of the main romances.
The following characters will be included: Todd, Jack, Nazarov, Cade, Katie, and possibly Susan (I'm not sure how much content she has).
These saves will only include 'unique' events that directly involve the selected character.
Therefore, there will be no repeatable events or side content, such as classes or prostitution.
Current complete saves: Nazarov
I will update this post when I have new saves ready.
P.S. If you know of any other characters with significant content, please tag me. I'll add them to the list!
P.P.S. Obviously, these saves will contain spoilers (even in the file names). Please play the game for yourself first, as it's actually pretty well written.

It tells me to talk to Nazarov during Friday night date. But there's no option to date Nazarov on Friday, only Oliver.
Ok, that might actually be a bug. I think you should only be able to betray Katie when you're on Nazarovs romance path.
Edit: I just looked at the Changelog over on SubscribeStar, it looks like the Dev fixed this exact issue with 1.0.2. So yes, definitely a bug

So I have finished this twice so far and each time the guardian Angel tell me about the other possibilities I could have had
one of them is if I remain a man and get together with this mystery girl whom I have never met before another is I remain a man and get together with Olivia
Now my question is
Is this actually possible and if it is how
Because I have played this game many times before it was completed and I just don't see how I can get together with Olivia and be a man
Also who is this mystery girl and how do I meet her
If memory serves the game creator mentioned a mystery woman or a girl that we could meet when he started putting the finishing touches on the game which was quite a while ago
But I never did meet such a girl or a woman even though I have played through every possible route before the game was completed recently
And I do intend to finish every possible route again but to do that I need to know if the male MC have a way to get with Olivia
And if there is a mystery girl or woman and how to encounter her

I got to the end with the MC with Todd as her boyfriend and the tesseract version of her male self from another dimension (John WicK) as the muscle. No matter whether we kill Nazarov or negotiate with him I am never told what number my ending is. I'm reasonably sure it's the True Ending no matter how it details out, but all the other endings made it clear. This doesn't. Thanks to Hitorigoto at least I know it's not ending 14 because she is not a pornstar.

I ran across a small bit of leading Olivia to being either bisexual or lesbian, but it kind of disappeared and I never heard anything about Olivia again until the end. Does that plot thread go anywhere?
If you lose the game with a Heterosexuality score of 7 while Susan is not cuckolding you (she's loyal to you or you broke up with her), you will end up marrying Olivia in that ending.
If you become single early (break up with Susan first chance you get), and use Findr (a dating app available if the MC is single, or later in the game), you will eventually go on a date with a girl named Melissa. This can lead to an ending. She is the mystery girl.
The endings are called Lucky Duck and Loverstruck Vagabond, respectively.

Lobsterman9999 I've played this game several times. I like it. No matter how many times I have tried, I have not been able to get achievement 5 Troublemaker. How do I get Ms Domina hot and bothered by misbehaving in class? What constitutes misbehaving? The game won't allow me to attend class unplugged. Do I fail to answer the questions properly? That I haven't tried.

This was a big help. Thanks. I used it to finish my Excel spreadsheet I have with all the same information, but in a form I prefer to use. Your Hall of Fame pdf really simplified my process.
I'm having issues with the path of Spades endgame. I get Olivier to buy me and deflower me, and the prompt that forces me to break up with Susan. I also then get the path that allows me to do the Saturday jogs to see that Susan's mom has gone full QoS. What I don't get is any more interaction with Olivier (Olivier is not given as a date option, only Jack and the findr app) so I never get a way to buy the QoS gear in the mall (it actually says that I would never buy the QoS thong nor plug) and I never get the way to get last achievement of the Path of Spades. Any clue why or is it just a bug?
