Well I think, I'd recommend Sissy Girlfriend Experience, Secretary or Perverted Education.
Also with far less content there are: Disruption, A Sissy Story and The SUP.

Also there are many abandoned games, which I am to lazy to list here.

Both. Usually involving changing yourself to suit others. Like one guy has a pregnancy fetish, another wants a massive plastic surgery ridden bimbo, a transgender woman wants someone who looks stereotypical of HRT growth, etc.
MC is being blackmailed and needs to make more money so he CHOOSES to feminize in order to make more money. I would say on the whole it is voluntary.
To some extent -- the "feminity classes" MC is part of do employ some hypnosis. Also, the NPCs effectively only want the MC around if the MC meekly follows demands and preferences of their RO. Whether the MC is actually fine with this sort of molding themselves, or it's more of a Stockholm syndrome or some other sort of submission/dependency/whatever, is largely up to the player and their headcanon.
One question is it possible to increase from homosexuality 3 without increasing femininity to 4, I really don´t want my character to get makeup on, I like the other feminization things but I really hate makeup is there a way to stop that or later eliminate makeup?

I don't know a normal in-game way, but you could probably modify the save game values or the sugar cube variables

I don't think so, ultimately the progress through storyline is tied to increasing MC's feminity.

Cleaning the Cobwebs
It's good to be back. So, how have things been going?
Returning to the code of The Good Son after so many months was, honestly, pretty bewildering. I mean, I learned how to use Twine, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a little bit) all at once, on this very game... and it shows. Just passages and links everywhere. All kind of variables tracking random but important details, choices, conditions, and so on. So February was about getting my bearings, and then getting into content.
I'm happy that I've been able to plug in about two hours or so into development most days (like today!) in the late evening / night. I've made some decisions around the content of the next update that will keep the content required under control. Dates post-surgery will be kept to a minimum. This is necessary, since there are so many options. Think about it, you have nine potential lovers, and most of those can have sex scenes pre- and post- bottom surgery! That's a lot of scenes. So I needed to keep the options under control, so I could keep the scenes under control, so I could keep the workload under control. You get it.
Scenes are coming along well. The return to the Cauldron / main story content is moving along, too. Cauldron scenes post-bottom surgery are next. Honestly, as long as I keep things reasonable, this won't be such a massive lift to get done.
And it feels good to be back.
In the background, I've also been sketching out the next big plot point for Girl Spy. Basically what happens in Paris, the next city (Amsterdam) and then from there arriving in Rome. It'll be sweet. More details later.
Thanks to those still subscribed during my self-imposed exile. To the rest of you, I'm of course keeping posts like these public so you can know how things are going. Love you all, looking forward to talking about more specifics soon.

I can only think of one, where she was talking about the upcoming wedding and I mentioned she should be a old hand at them since it was her fifth marriage. But then the banishment didn't last, I was back at their house in a year. They divorced around the five years mark, he just couldn't keeping-up with her crazy (and debts, she home-shopped so much the UPS guy was a good friend).
Would be a good plot for a game: "crazy wife home-shops so much she "befriends" the UPS driver..."

I remember the guy telling me he laid down the law to stop her buying from Home Shopping Network. Came home the next week, boxes everywhere and her telling him since it was from another shopping channel she hadn't broken her promise.
Hilarious. Would she have the same excuse if her husband caught her cheating? "It's fine honey, it's a different guy this time..."
