I don't know why the bulleting board quest do not pop up in any towns, I press Z but just hear the sound effect. Know I'm stucking at doing a request of a man related to the witch. Anybody know how to make the bulleting boards appear?

To anyone else struggling to find him, he's in the bedroom in the throne room, stairs is on the top right.
ok....story seems interesting and its also rpg blah blah turn based. all great. love that shit.....but wtf was the dev thinking on lewd lockout? once you get past a certain lewd level you can no longer access the quest..... and if you didn't level the right skill up you can't do the skill.....and if you've won every fight i'm guessing the characters don't lose their virginity.....(hint: i'm old school as fuck and grind xp to ensure i have decent levels and money to upgrade my gear. its hardcoded in me from all the games i've played and being a raid leader in a number of high ranking raiding guild's on a number of different fantasy mmo's...so fuck that losing intentionally bs. that some weak ass beta minded bs just to get pussy.) so now i'm stuck most likely having to start over because of some stupid shit design fail of some ass hat who tried to be smart or clever somehow?
We are here for porn with plot. preferably decent plot so we can empathize with the characters and get into the idea of what is going on....not sit here and fuck around with some stupid skill tree puzzle where we are required to lvl it in a very specific way just see content and if we level it to high we can't see it.... your game design literally defeats the purpose by which most of us come here to play for..... i swear i sincerely hate it when dev's go full retard when trying to be clever or something.

anybody interested shiravune is planning to officially release this one
which on one hand is great since even now the TL imo is awful
on the other hand i think we are gonna be up for a LONG wait (my guess is 2-3 years) since shiravune has like 20-30 games on their TBA status
