If I remember right it's D in most CircleKAME games. But I think you have to hold it. There's no ''press once to hide text'' button. Or at least I've never been able to find one.

You have to get the item from the shop in the slums that makes you more likely to get pregnant. Or loot the corpses of bandits in the slums. Then go have the intercourse after consuming the item. The wall scene I do not believe exits. Like other content in the game files of other circlekame games, they leave stuff out they don't want to bother bug fixing usually or take time in implementing. They already had game with it so they just changed a few color pallets and left it in the data.

When Pregnant, go to the church. You get carted off to give birth. The 2nd time, you 'convert' the father with a selected option (try to leave the room)

Holy fuck, you are right there actually is a 2.1 of F4 - Fatal Fate and Final Fist. The game was released in late 2015 and they actually made an update in may 2017. Never would have expected that.
I made a mega folder where I put every CircleKame game that I have except AD:S! and this game. Some games are already english translated and some contain my save files with late game stuff
