Go to the tailor shop during the day. Its located one area to the right of Rachel apartment.
You can also buy a sewing kit(s) at the Weapons Shop. Good for use at anytime in your room and no need to be groped by an old pervert.

after destroying the rock in the cave and watching the mafia cut scene my missions just say ......... i feel i missed something can anyone help out or is this just the end of the update?

Did you interact with the magic circle after destroying the rock? You get a nightmare scene there. The missions log wont automatically give a mission, you have to interact with npcs and the map to get some more events. When I dont have any missions, I go to the recollection room and games image folder to see if there more stuff to uncover. Also read the changelog to see if there are events that been added and have not yet encountered in the game. There's no actual guide or checklist or end of update warning implemented. I dont have any missions in my log at the moment, but I see im missing Ratman trigger scenes, Prison scenes, and Metalman scenes. For example: To trigger Metalman events, go to weapons shop and interact with all the weapons on the desk until you see the lightsabers. To trigger Ratman's events, lose your swords and go to him with no money.
The game is being developed constantly and new things added. Be sure to check the Discord also. Its a work in progress and for now its rather difficult to find events and missions, but doable and fun and rewarding when you do.

I'm not sure if a lot of the images in the image folder are even used in the game. I don't think they are. Then again... I don't know everything about the game, either!

Yea some aren't used, like for example one of the Arena Posters after defeat, the unblurred one. I asked Roshi in Discord and this was clarified. However, with no checklist or permanent log of completed scenes, only thing I can do for now is use images folder as a reference. I have found extra events to do after I thought I completed the game thanks to them. More reliable is the Recollection Room, but then you have to pay for each one and takes a long time to watch them.
