Hmm if you don't want to play in italian delete the /tl/Italian folder.

The reason why I'm almost sure that it's Beth who got killed is because:
- Wether you accept or refuse the BJ from Beth, there is no variable set.
- Wether you accept or give a vague answer to her, there is no variable set.
Which means that as of Episode 7, she has no importance anymore, she has no variable in the game except for "bethsus" which dates from back when you had to give the name of who you suspected to be the mole.

Is there ever going to be an update to this game that doesn't fuck up previous saves? I'm close to giving up entirely.

My saves stayed the same from the 6. update, so I guess that's on your side.
On the other side, playing through this update I really hate camera swirl animations when fucking or sucking. And the dialogs in sex scenes are fucking awful. Like cringe fucking awful. Will check the rest later.

I like the game, but is it just me or is there a lot of story missing?
1) no explanation what happend between the MC an Helen
2) no explanation how he got out of his kidnapping
3) no explanation nabout the bar fight
4) no explanation about the mothers death

Yes i did but the gallery for episode 7 is there just no story i guess i will need to wait for mod update did not think it would cause issues.

Yep, mods will cut you off and think you've reached end of content, if they are not updated.
I'm Guessing uninstalling the mod will break the saves as well meaning a fresh start again
