Hello everyone,
Today we're here to announce our new and upcoming game. As you may know, "The Grey Dream" Season 1 is almost over, and with that we wanted to start a new project that we have been planning for quite some time. Before we get to our latest game, we just wanted to thank everyone who has supported us up to this point and will continue the development of The Grey Dream.
Our new project Greyvale Rivalry is a college setting game and will be about a sports rivalry between the football teams. We'll be working with a writer and possibly an artist on this project to ensure that our work on both games continues smoothly.
We have also decided to separate the Patreon pages for our games, as some people may only want to see the monthly content for one game rather than a split between the two.

not gonna lie unless we are getting close to the end not a fan of starting a new project while this one is in deveolopment. I just hope the other project remains secondary and not a focus and something you work on during your downtime or something.

yeah honestly reading this news sucks I hate to see it. Never a good sign to see. I still love the game for what it is and glad I owned it on steam but if there is going to be a Season 2 on steam. I might hold off on buying it now just to see how much it slows down deveolopment

That's true, but not exactly. When we planned back then, the number of renderings of the episodes was lower, now we are releasing episodes with 2 times more renderings compared to our current plans. In short, yes in terms of length, no in terms of the number of episodes.

We've been planning this game for about 1.5 years, but we weren't actively developing it because The Grey Dream was our priority. Now we are very close to finishing season 1. We always think we need to take a step forward. The Grey Dream will continue to be published at the same pace.
So is it safe to assume that The Grey Dream will have around 9 episodes in total?

A rivalry between two football teams sounds like a fight between boys, where do girls come in? .

This developer just wants to double their income but pretends they're doing it for the supporters, lol. From the perspective of supporters, they want to back one developer and get access to all of their content, not split their support between two accounts for the same person. Is there anyone who would want that? Just be honest and say you split the accounts because you want to make double the money. Why pretend it's for the benefit of the supporters and come up with nonsense like this?

Our main source of income has never been patreon. We spend the money we earn from patreon completely back into the game. We also thought about it a lot, but we thought that if we run both projects through the same patreon, everything will be more complicated. As we said, we don't earn much from patreon, what we earn is generally spent back to the game. That's why we made this decision.
