VN - Ren'Py - Completed - The Grim Reaper who reaped my Heart! [Final] [Kamuo]

Really great first VN. Love the art, some of the best animations I've ever seen to be honest in this space.

My one gripe is the nature of the MC, the MC's form of objection to Neu's advances is seemingly just "because no". It paints the MC's personality as someone who wouldn't have walked into that room in the first place.

The MC could easily have rejected Neu, but still shown interest in her, which could have opened up deeper character interaction between the three, with the MC firm about what he wants but the girls having a minor spat of jealousy.

Actually one more problem, the MC has no depth at all. This VN would not have been much different with a silent protagonist.

A handful of lovely animations, and nothing else of value.

The writing is inoffensively bad. Unfortunately, it's also the 95% of the content. Nothing interesting happens, it's just unending insipid dialog for the 1-2 hours of runtime.

Now and again the main character starts just groping this female character they barely know, and we're treated to some genuinely gorgeous animations. But they're super basic and there's very few variants; if you played all the unique animations back to back, you'd get maybe 20 seconds of actual content.

Overall, while the animations are quite nice, there's not nearly enough to justify downloading this game, let alone trying to read your way through it.

Haven't played this game in a while but I still remember it as being one of the best games I've ever played on here. Sadly if memory serves me, the game is short, with a small amount of content. But the content it does have is amazing. This art style is how all hentai should look. Thank you to the maker of this game.

Short, simple, and blessed.

This one has a nice take on animated stills which honestly lent a lot to how it feels polished.

It leaves a lot of questions, and feels more like an introductory game to something bigger, which it is.

Definitely hyped for more from Kamuo

Too short but enjoyable. The story is ok (not great) mostly thanks to the character of the reaper being quite symphatetic. Not a lot of sex but quite nicely done and very nice artwork. Try it as you probably will like it, but it sort of looks as what it probaly is... a demo/prologue.

Yes, sometimes the dialogues are too long for nothing. Yes, the game is very short and this flaw is the biggest of this game.

Because it is a masterpiece. Animation is top tier and the story is very intriguing.
In a sense, the fact that the game is short makes the relationship growing too quickly.

When it ended I felt like I reached the end of an anime I love. You just want more.

Without considering the short length, this is in my opinion the best lewd VN I ever played.

Congratulations to the author, you can be proud.

This has to be one of my favourite Games on here! The Storytelling is really nice and the Charakters... Cutness overload. One little thing I really liked about this game, were the little animations of the Charakters, the only comparison I have for that is doki doki literature club. Which brings me to my next point.

The sudden switch (even if its short) between something this cute turning into something scary is almost overwhelming, as I didnt expect any of that, which also made it that much scarier and brought some, I would say "light" behind the cute Charakter Vel working as a Grim Reaper.

In my opinion this is the most underrated/best game on here. I absolutly adore the Charakters, storytelling and the generall art of this game. If you have a couple of hours take your time and give it a try.

Just one thing to complain about , sometimes the dialogue felt repetitive and unnecessary. The filler dialogue could be discarded and the game maybe would feel shorter but better in my opinion.

It is a quite short but really well made game. The animation is on point, the art style is amazing and the there are no bugs at all, the animations are so fluid, no ruckus to be noticed! The girl is so adorable and cute, at the end I only want to protect her!

A short and sweet introduction to characters wrapped in beautiful hand drawn art and fantastic animation.

Visuals
In a scene flooded with Daz models (please don't kill me, I love those games too) it's extremely refreshing to find content with unique hand drawn art. TGRwrmH not only brings that to the table, but the quality is just top notch. Beautifully drawn and amazingly detailed and smooth animations. Easily in the top 20, maybe even top 10 of hand drawn games/VNs I've played as far as visuals go.

Content
Initially I wanted to criticize the writing, length and lack of choice/mechanics, but after reading the afterward and some of the authors notes realized I was approaching this wrong. TGRwrmH is not a game, visual novel or even a tech demo. It's a kinetic visual novel (read, not meant to have choices with meaningful consequences, but instead tell a story) with the intent of introducing characters from a larger world, and quite honestly it does that really well.

In less than 20 minutes I was introduced to characters and concepts, learning just enough each step of the way to want to reach the next step. I was left with just enough answers and many more questions leading me to eagerly anticipate future content.

The writing wasn't particularly deep, but it wasn't meant to be. The character development was decent especially considering it was condensed down to such a short plot line.

TL;DR
Came to fap, got heart melted by a cute little reaper girl... and fapped

The art and animation is quite high quality, but the ending is so sudden (it seems like the scene is continuing and then all of a sudden you are back at the main menu), the story is really short, and there is barely any music. good for what it is, but nothing amazing.

Very short, but great development of characters, world and lewd animations. There are only a few choices as well, so this is more a novel than a game, but still worth it.

I can only wish that the dev would create a longer game with these characters.

Highly recommended! One of the best VNs IMO, without pointless and long stories. There's some plot, but you get to the good stuff quick.

Game is 3.5, but I'll round it up to 4 to encourage more indie hentai titles out of West

The arts and animations are extremely well done and clean, which also fits well with the atmosphere of the cutesy game that is it.

[Review for the final version]

Great animations and good visuals with incredibly cute characters. If you're here for the story, it's clean and simple, not overly convoluted. If you're only here for the H-scenes (which are great btw), you can choose to only see those and skip the rest. There's not much else to be said, except that there's also a sequel!

It has very good animation, and there are also several animations. the story is short and simple, it's fun. It gives you the option in the menu to skip if all you want is to see the porn that I find excellent

Loved this little VN, quite original in more ways than one.
And damn, it's beautifully animated.

All I can fault it on is being a little short, and maybe the dialogue being a bit repetitive / silly in places imo. But this isn't the whole story, and dialogue is subjective- all in all I really enjoyed this!
