so far the pool is only there to exctract crystals that as far as i remember dont have any use as of any version, pool itself has a second mode to (atleast from what iv seen) ireversably turn any girl into special version of her (though gamepaly wise they just get same scenes and will be fully obidient not being able to put a halo on them) by removing basicaly whats their soul and putting it into a different kind of crystal, wish you could put it back into them in some way though, or maybe do some funny shit and put different girl's soul crystal into another girl, oh also supposedly its gonna be used in some way for level 4 but thats still futher away

Woah, snoozed this one a long time ago. Is this actually playable now? When I first looked at it there were like 2-3 rooms and girls, no in game documentation or hints, and seemed very buggy. How many girls have a completed route to H scene now?

Nora and Danielle were added as rewards for "X-tester" ($30 tier) patrons.
Currently no. Dev has indicated it may be added at some point, but not soon.
Screens where the girls have expanded abdomens are related to the "hollow princess" system, which involves placing a girl's "soul crystal" into another's body (presumably their womb) to corrupt it; IMO this is more akin to oviposition. Also it doesn't seem like it causes the breast development a pregnancy does.
Extractor pools: Insert a target to generate lots of "red crystals" that don't have a use yet. In the latest Patreon versions, the machine can be configured to extract the target's "soul crystal" for the mechanic described above.
Stasis Tank: Doesn't do anything yet but hold a target in place and give you another way to stare at them naked.
Auto-trainer, Milker configuration: Continuously builds an installed target's arousal and generates a milk item every time they orgasm. The milk has no use yet, but comes in different grades (S, A, B, C, ...) roughly correlated with the size of the target's breasts.

also the milk does have an use in that it actualy refils you stamina and depending on grade it gives more or basicaly nothing (like S tier milk iirc gives 100 stamina or 70 idr exactly)
