This is where you can enter two cheat codes:
incest - to enable incest content
beast - to enable Beastiality content
They are not necessary to activate the cheat mod. They simply unlock additional content.

To access the cheat mod, press the ',' key when not playing an event. Try activating it on screens where your phone is available. Make sure your keyboard layout is switched to English.

It's just a guess, but I hope you don't enter a comma in the cheat code field?
You just need to press it to call up the menu when you're on a screen like this one where you can see your phone:
