It looks like the cheat mod was added to the game starting with version v0.40.0.

To access the cheat mod, press the ',' key when not playing an event.

I'm at the start of the game and I cant use the mod

To open the cheat menu, make sure your keyboard layout is switched to English.

If you are just at the beginning of the game, the cheat mod becomes available after visiting the city hall and returning to the map screen.

But which place? There is no one on Maiden's blade during the day except Xena. Perhaps during the night?

Maybe? I remember trouble locating Zeyley becayse she appears only by night. Friends screen shows the location, but not shows when.

Once she's born, you can age her up from the character screen (to at least 11 years old, probably best to set it to at least 15), then she'll appear in the Bovin main hall. The age-up is required for the event to happen (as mentioned in the event hints).

There is a different problem - Ophelia cannot be born...

There is no easy solution to this problem (unless you can figure out the code and create a patch yourself) - there is only a very, very tedious one - starting the game over in this version...

There are no limits on the number, the dev actually promised a thousand. At the moment, there are 79 conditional adults and 10 conditional children in the game. Some are not on the friends list (for example, Mark, the mayor's son, do you remember this one, who pestered Ywette at the beginning of the game). I remember there were about 80 on the friends list, but I'm busy with something else right now, I'm not playing and I've deleted my saves, so I can't confirm, sorry.

P.S. By the way, "Any Bovin can give birth to Ophelia" is a lie and it's definitely a dev bug in the event handling code, Ophelia's mother can only be Tareen (at least in this version)
