I just download it and no issues. I guess you just have to download it again, sthing went wrong while your previous download.

Same issues with the spinning icon, and nothing happens. If I close the game it will ask for character details download and won't be able to finish it. Something isn't right here.

Sry but i have no clue about Software Probs and troubleshooting. It worked the last Weeks and there where no more problems reported in the translation Post. I never heard about stoping Games and spinning Loadingscreens before
