The new sidestory makes me wonder about Donna. Her demeanor clearly indicates someone from a background of privilege. So how did she end up in a school for potential sex slaves? Did daddy dearest get angry she wouldn't marry who he picked? Did she party too hard? Or is this something more sinister, like a Hikaru Genji plot? Did she lose her fortune? This feels like there's more story here for the future.

I thought the prevailing theory was that he was one of the 'shadowy benefactors' of the school. I certainly thought there was dialogue hinting at such a thing from one of the characters stating they were well aware of who their father was.

Is the game close to completion? Is it using PlayHome or Honey Select I? I apologize if you're unaware of the answers.
Can't answer the asset source question, but it certainly doesn't have the feel of being close to completion. If memory serves over half the cast still don't have a fleshed out punishment system added yet, let alone individual storylines and the main story.
It's Playhome and it's far from finished. The game may be closing in to the first half of the story, but it will probably take years until it is finished.

Hm, PlayHome. Wonder how he gets the graphics to be the way they are. Appreciate the information.
I assume you are using an AMD card. This is a known issue and I believe the fix is a change of renderer. I haven't had to deal with it myself but if you do a search for AMD renderer that may bring up the answer.

This is beyond my knowledge.
The question for the render engine comes up quite often, that's why I know about this.
But HS can also look quite different, depending on which mods you use, and how much knowledge you have about lighting, image composition and post production in further graphic programs like photoshop.
That may be the case but you could have just been lucky not to hit it until now. I'm assuming from the way you've asked your question that this is your first ever playthrough and you are playing version 14.3. I have no other suggestions to fix your issue though I would suggest the following post chain describes your issue to a t, along with the solution that seems to have been near 100% successful.

At the moment you can only review the currently enforced rules from the Review Rules icon on the Headmasters office computer. As for those which are yet to be passed and their requirements the only time they are visible is during the Friday Morning meeting as far as I am aware. I think there has been a suggestion that this may change at some point in the future, but till then if it's remembering the thresholds you're working towards during the week we currently have to rely on the humble pen and paper to make a cryptic note.
