I stumbled across this game and decided to try it out. So far it rather engaging and enjoyable. I am having some issues with the quests and perhaps that is limiting me in progressing further.

I have a quest that involves Jimmy, about missing keys. No matter what i appear to do he is either drunk, or forgetful. So I have no idea where to go with this one.

The other quest is with Trixie. I read here that I am supposed to call her on the office phone to ask questions about an escort agency, but her option never appears, for context I refused her first offer and later that night accepted.

And finally how do I get to administer punishments? Supposedly get discipline above 50 or something like that, but I am lost

So if anyone can point out the way to fix these then I'd be appreciative

Advance a little in all the available quests once you open the lake during a school board meeting. You will have to go see and talk to Sally several times in the locker room, past the second dream if I remember correctly, and he will eventually come in your office. Then, Samantha (your PA) will tell you that the groundskeeper wants to talk to you about some keys. Go to the lake and talk to him. It can take some time, though.

I don't know if this has been brought up before, so just as a feedback.
When I look at the office computer screen and look at the punishments photos, the photos of Debbie are gone.
So, I follow the instructions on the screen "If any girl's name is missing, punish her one more time and take her photos".
I take photos of her again, I see them on the computer, but the next day there is nomore Debbie in the list when I look again

Edit: The same goes for Priti as well

It is not easy to reach max level for all 3 aspects in punishments, the weekend event that is repeating maybe can give a option to skip it, it is a incomplete game but will always expect the content of new version. love this.

There's a lot of stuff I would have probably missed without the walkthrough. Just use Ctrl-F and search names or for your first question, search 'Keys'. this also was fuzzy to me too tho. I didn't finally get the keys til after I found the old HM body.
2. did you order the viagra? is she working as dance instr? I hired Anna first also, and took trixie later, so that's not the issue. try watching her dancing first. idk.
3. you can read about every questline in the walkthrough. Need Debbie to lvl5 first. prefects. do rachel quest. need Ruth's quest. lots.

As soon as the sandbox starts (in the office), pretty much everywhere I click besides the shelf and the school map gives me the error screen... Then I go to the school hallway (where I'm really supposed to go at the time) and, well... If I try to talk to any girl before entering the classroom, guess what? Error screen... Is this really happening in any version or it started on the last one? (if the latter, could someone, please, make a previous version available? Or, I don't know, anyone more knowledgeable than me has a solution?)

That sounds pretty general as an error, also uncommon. I would try downloading again, also make sure you install/unzip the game into a clean folder, not one you used for a previous version, and see whether it changes.

Well, I didn't have a previous version unzipped... Tried downloading this last version from both here and itch...

Did you extract it to a system folder perhaps, or bury it really deeply in the folders?

What did you use to unzip? This has happened to me sometimes, so I use several unzippers to overcome the problem.
Between Winzip, Winrar, BreeZip, and 7-Zip, the last one do the job every time and it's free
Might be worth a try

Exactly! Look at these three. Take them apart and imagine them as individual houses. One only has water on the first floor, the second has only gas on the second floor and the third has electricity only on the third floor. Put them together and make a building and you will have the real comfort of a house worthy of the name.
