I would add Lucy to that list. Her newest scene has a question, which makes no sense if there aren't more scenes to come for her. Samantha now has a scene, which literally ends with a message that this storyline will continue in a future update.

Somehow I have a feeling that we will get expansions to the stories for all females. Sure some feel fairly complete at this point, at least relative to the others, but that doesn't mean they won't get updates if somebody comes up with a proper idea for them. Chapter 3 might be boring if all the girls ends up finishing in chapter 2, which makes me believe that "complete" is mostly complete for chapter 2 rather than for the rest of the game.

I think the fact Maxine's fundraiser event is late in chapter 2 and there is still some things to fill earlier in the story has left a few loose threads that will read much better once chapter 2 is fully complete.

I'd also like to more story even for girls who seem 'complete' right now. I think we'll see some regression in obedience in chapter 3 as Zoe get some girls on her side, which would open a lot of avenues.

The twins and Cassandra seem like obvious candidates to have their behaviour regress. Louise loves being right and Cassandra always wants the easy way out. Amy might get off on disobeying and switch sides if Zoe can keep her happy. Even Lucy might be tempted away if someone else can promise her financial stability.

I don't see Priti or Rachel abandoning the headmaster, but they could face hardships for their support of him and even question their progress.

Debbie would be the most interesting character to abandon the headmaster or consider switching sides. She has made the most progress of anyone.

Mostly for me I would like the dev to progress what is here and not get side-tracked with new concepts (mole rats). There is so much fun stuff yet to round out:

The mystery cam-girl (come on we all know who that is)
Cassandra the Hostess with the Mostest
Nina's Fire Story
Catching the Spy (come on, we also know who that is....don't we?)
The crazy scientist plot.
The Bully from another school.
The Headmasters death and the whole what the heck is up with the school and Mycock thing.
Not to mention completing the cycles for the rest of the students, like the ones from Amy's mag, April, Donna....there are loads to do. Liz iz only up to level 4 after two releases.

There is a lot of other stuff too. I think it would also help to avoid single issue releases...progress one of the student's cycle at least a bit with each release.

Pretty sure whatever design elements are leading you to believe this game is set in Mala are the result of the Illusion Engine (which was created by a Japanese company) the graphics were created in. According to the story, the game is set in Europe or Britain.
If you are interested in woman in hijab, there are some games, such as "Life in the Middle East" you could look into.

This reminds me of Great Teacher Onizuka. Onizkua wins over misbehaving students one by one and this causes issues between the students. It got nerfed quite a lot for TV. The manga is wild. I will say that compared to GTO, the girls in the headmaster are rather meek and generally just misbehave. The amount of plotting stuff and do planned misbehaving is low. It's not like say the time Onizuka showed up on the school and there was a photoshopped picture of him in some hardcore BDSM setup. Also there aren't any attempts by students to throw other students off building roofs. Come to think of it, the girls in the headmaster do actually seem somewhat meek.

Regression is a good idea. Allies in chapter 2 may stop being allies and some might be allies, but only when certain other students aren't around. The concept of a girl, who is sometimes trustworthy, and sometimes isn't could be interesting, particularly if the pattern isn't clear for a while and it just seems random. Ideally the text and images can leave non-pbvopis clues so people can start to guess and ideally be wrong once in a while because there are initial hints of multiple options, so further progression will rule out the false ones.

There is room for lots of new stories for chapter 3 even without considering the option to add more characters. MyCock seems willing to add more girls given the chance, so that's always an option too.

The crazy scientist plot.

There is room for multiple storylines from this, or at least minor ones. Just think of the water gun fight. I feel like this part of the game is severely underdeveloped. So many openings for brand new ideas while it can also build on top of existing ones, like watching Ada's phone live seems to be unused. There is room for so many creative gadgets being used to solve quests and let's not forget the option of problem girls stealing stuff and use it for evil.

Do anybody want to try out a pair of x-ray glasses? Could be a way for the headmaster to look for contraband while accidentally seening other stuff, which happens when looking through clothes.

The clothing optional beach would come under 'completing the cycles for the rest of the students as it will most likely be tied tightly into Emily's storyline.

As for the main story quest where you need to reach 100 grades I believe this is scheduled to get addressed in the conclusion of chapter 2/opening of chapter 3.

The reason why Rachel doesn't feel done is because we haven't really sealed the deal yet. The actual sex happens with the female teacher present, in the context of instruction. The others, such as Priti, didn't have that limitation. She needs to be walked or caged, or sleep at her master's feet, and if that's too much work, she needs to at least have a doggy position scene in the MC's home

There are already multiple fanatical Yahwists in the game, so adding more would be redundant. A bit where Ruth wears a hijab to please an Arab investor in the school could be funny though and would fit the game's style of humor.

I'm having trouble seeing your point. Couldn't a Scottish / Irish headmistress work in a school like this? They certainly used to. Schools like these are to be found all over the former Empire and they have endured even after its demise - witness our Malaysian friends' comment. Scores of British and Irish men and women would have worked all over the world in places like this. So finding a Scottish/Irish headmistress in a British boarding school is no great surprise - regardless of its location and the background of its students...

It is my understanding, based on personal experience, that both Scottish women and Irish women are capable of boarding planes and going to other countries, so as Mak says, that alone would play no part in eliminating any country as a setting for the game.

What eliminates/guides towards a particular country being the setting for this game is primarily in the vernacular and idioms used in the dialogue. Such as the reference to America as being 'across the pond' which is an extremely common way of referring to travelling to the US in the UK for example.

That's clear as day imo. In addition we also know for example that Emily's from Swindon and Debbie hails from Lancashire.
The institution of the Boarding School and its rules and regulations can be found all over the world as a result of Britain's past political and cultural pre-eminence, but this game's story is obviously situated in the UK.
