Just because we have this "visual novel" category (which this game doesn't really fit either way) doesn't mean at all that certain percentages need to be put into certain parts. A folk rock band can be more folksy or more rock orientated, a RomCom movie lean more towards the romantic or the comedic part of its name (and probably suck either way, granted).

Most people do not create a song, movie, book, or here a game to fit into a specific category. They create what they like or what they think others would like. And if it doesn't fit a preconceived notion of genre, then so be it.

While I generally agree with that a story shouldn't contain "overload", it is hard to keep this out. As far, as I know people who write densely might even start with bigger dialogues and step by step reduce it to it's core, what is even more time consuming than just put something down. Thus it might even have taken longer to put the update out. And I'm really not sure, how much one could reduce the given story, as it is still quite good to read (at least for me) and let Ada and Maxine grow closer to me.
On some spaces I would have rather wanted some bits more of information like some remarks of the headmaster regarding Emily's nudist story starting with day 3 when she had to bare her pussy, some explanation why Wilson wasn't creeping around and maybe also some info why Priti did never wear her new uniform in those new scenes.

The lines you've randomly picked convey a huge amount of information to the player; you need the ruler to open the window, these girls are not in your class, and you need to focus on Claire's training to advance the story. All important information to a new player and the game as a whole is better for them, plus you get to look at girls showering while you read. A win-win. Does this text get me horny directly? No. it doesn't. But it serves to create an athmosphere within the whole game (not on its own) to make me enjoy the game more. I prefer phrasing it this way since "getting horny to fap" isn't always my main idea. Now we can certainly find some lines I would agree are not necessary, but in general if the game was only about setting up fap scenes I would not be interested at all, as I said there are other options for me to get that. Beneath giving information, the creepyness of the scene creates in me tension, what is not a positive feeling as such, but gives positive feelings once the tension gets released in a way, that is shown as being positive (helping the girls, keeping Ada from destroying the memory card...). Adding a positive naughty scene after the release of tension can build better hornyness than only pushing for naughty scenes. Like it feels quite intense to fuck the pardner after a hefty row. This is often used in the headmaster in it's own very special way and makes for me a big part of the charm of the game.

Of course this is only a game, a work of fantasy, and what is here shown as being positive should be never tried in real world.

This game is quite something else... The writing is outstanding. The story is pretty believable if you don't have some required knowledge to negate it. This porn game proves it can still provide a creative and profound experience even if it complies with Patreon's regulations. And the experience is not just about sexual gratification, but also about the climax brought by control and power from a believable plot.

I think it isn't a visual novel and at least that's why I play it. Passively reading a visual novel isn't going to get me to fap. The sandbox aspect of your game is key for me to being able to fap to it.

Personally, I play to fap, but also to experience the story that they wish to tell. Sometimes I read other stories, or play other games, and sometimes I want to keep the fap going for a while without a barrage of sex and nudity ALL the time. I like the experience of the gameplay intermixed with the story and the porn. It adds a third aspect to the game, and improves the experience for me. If I just want a quick fap, I go to porn. If just want a fun experience, I read a book or play a non-porn game. If I want to mix those two experiences, I like games that give me a good amount of story and fappable material. The shower peeping scene is an interesting choice. I mostly skim over that text, as the core of the scene is the visual, watching the girls shower for a bit, until the scene loops, or I finish fapping. Meanwhile, I really liked the text as we were training miss Potts, and I liked both while visiting Trixie in the evenings for some release. Different parts of the game balance the two aspects, story and porn, in different levels. I like having that variety, and I have a hard time playing a game for very long if every moment and every bit of text is trying to get me horny. But that is just how I feel about it.
Not every aspect of this game has been perfect in my opinion, but on average I find it really well done, and I can skim over the parts that I am less interested or engaged in.

Picking up a couple of random sentences: you seem to have a very utilitarian approach to this - every information must have a direct use for continuing the game and getting to the next good scene. Others like me like to have more background, so to speak. Just different meanings.

As for your last question: sometimes I store the scene in the spank bank in my head for later use. But yes, I can enjoy pornography without always having to fap to it, just as its own genre of story or similar, just like other forms of entertainment.
