Nothing beyond perhaps some bugfixing. The normal pattern for this dev is to release a beta version to their supporters followed by a bug fixed version about a month later with a public release about a month after that, give or take some minor variations every now and then.
As already mentioned, the free public release is a month after the supporter release. What we have here is the leaked paid version. The paid supporters then acts as beta testers and whatever bugs they encounter will usually be fixed within that month. Since the free release has precisely the same version number as the leaked version, odds are that no bugs was found this time. The zip file is like 10 MB bigger than the leaked version through. It could mean added images, but it could also be something as simple as the leaked version being repacked to have better compression. We don't know if they are different unless somebody examines them closely.
Personally I will use the officially released version just to be sure I get any updates should there be any. Then again I do have the bandwidth to spare. Others might be less casual about that part.

Change log doesn't show any new content between 16.3.2 and 16.4. Then again there could be a ton of new content and it's not documented here. Could anyone clue me in? Thank you!

I'm kind of waiting for there to actually be more fucking in the game. Last I played you could only have sex with some of the teacher characters but next to none of the students. Has that changed yet?
