Presumably, something to piss off Miss Potts again. They have a very fierce rivalry with each other. Debbie has also shown some self control issues so it could be that she punished a girl for no real reason, just to flex her authority and/or grope some titties, and is being punished for that.
Putting aside the, er, opinion at the end there, it isn't all that uncommon for lesbians to enjoy watching straight porn; by the same token, plenty of straight people enjoy watching gay/lesbian porn. It's not all-encompassing, but people like Debbie definitely exist out there. As I recall, she is intentionally being delayed until chapter 3. Finishing chapter 2 will bring the story lines (primary and side ones) to a more fixed position, which will make it easier to go all out on new content. It will also make sense to start a new chapter as adding a new problem, which might influence all the girls negatively will indeed open up a new chapter in the history of the school.
There is a visual novel named "Doushin - Same Heart", which takes this idea to the extreme. 3 sisters all getting aroused at the same time if one experiencing something. Funny idea, but the script writers messed up by making most male interaction non-consensual. This has resulted in mostly negative reviews because it ruins the lighthearted fun genre it would otherwise go for.
I'm not sure how much extra the twins can get reading each other that isn't already happening. They seem to be together regarding everything. If they start to sense each other even when not together, I feel like it would ruin the story due to being supernatural.

Yeah, I can't say I'd be a fan of that. Some small synchronicity is fine since that is a real thing some twins(and even people who aren't twins but are just very close) experience, but if you spank Mary in one room and Louise starts feeling it in another that's gonna really stretch my suspension of disbelief. Even more than finding out Miss Chang could basically be our grandma.
You know, mate, I don't care about the end of the project, I'm not saying he should finish the game as soon as possible. It just drives me crazy and makes me feel hopeless that at this rate of development and with such a huge cast of characters, which, by the way, continues to expand, in a decade, at best, almost half of the characters will get some good, meaningful content. We are humans, not vampires, to live forever and for a decade to be insignificant in terms of time.

When you see people just spouting clearly wrong bullshit, it's better to hit report. Some of the forum mods can be a bit ridiculous.
