That's covered a couple of times over the last couple of pages. There's a known bug in the beta version around this scene, and you have to wait for a specific trigger to go there.

Does anyone have any hints for levelling Rachel in the newest update? I seem to run out of time with one point of pleasure missing, try to use the dildo (which seems like the obvious last move) and then it tells me I'm out of time. But when I have time and try to use it, even when it will fill up the requirements, it says "I should do this last".

Difficult to say without knowing where you are on everything else, but there must presumably be another quest that you can complete that will result in an influence point being awarded. Here's a couple of screenshots from the walkthrough (linked in the OP) which shows where you can get influence points in chapters 1 and 2:

I think there is a bug with Mr Wilson quest, I did his quest but didn't get two points after when you talk with him

I'm pretty sure I got two points, but it was months ago, so not on the current beta update - if you're playing that one, I don't know if there's anything in it that has changed in that respect...

yeah, I though it was very strange, I've got 9 points, right now I'm getting the visit event, but I don't know if I'm stuck or not

if you straight up give him priti pictures, you get 2 points, but if you prostitute route and give him bad viagra he doesn't, even if he says he would support you anyway

tested with good viagra too, no points either. It's not a big issue, just add the 2 points anyway through cheat menu

The table I posted from the walkthrough earlier shows there should be something like double the influence points available, compared to what you currently have, but obviously some of those will have pre-requisites that you may not have opened up yet...
