But are there more rendered model templates? The girls in other games look like our girl. like there's this one game where Amy has huge tits. And another where Ruth is the MC mother. That's why I was saying there all the same just A&H made better model compared to the balloon bimbos we see in other games.

Ren'Py is "just" an engine for the game, setting up the rules and suchlike, however it doesn't do the graphics, you gotta get them somewhere. And there's programs who do just that - creating models. Not only people but also rooms where you move to get your shot. (So actually, different angle shots for a scene are 'not that difficult' because it is the same thing and you 'just' move around with the camera to find the perfect spot). And of course you can also buy some stuff - get this room, pay $12, instead of building it yourself. That's why you sometimes have the same park where people are sitting on a bench in 79 different games.

And yeah, some girls reappear in a way. Not only because they're the same (Dee from Dating Your Daughter has become somewhat of a running joke by now) but also because some settings are just too similar, or girls have the same haircut or stuff, which just comes with the program.

However, there's very little I recognize here, if anything at all. So at least to me (not an expert) this seems like original work. But you'll always find out the software used if you know it.

I just want to second all the love for Altos and Herdone and for The Headmaster, and I would like to present some love for the f95zone community (especially in this forum) as well. I hate to admit that I am a worthless leecher for the moment, as I am enjoying this game and looking forwards to updates, while, at the moment, not contributing. (I feel that this is a necessary evil for my current situation, as Covid has me on lock-down to protect those I live with, and I am living entirely off of my savings at this point.)

I looked through the negative reviews, and I think Altos is looking at those (few) low ratings in the wrong light. They complain about the game being grindy, because those users just wanted to fap to a string of lewd scenes that it takes no effort to get to and were upset they have to apply some effort. They complain about the story, which surprised me, but when I look at their reviews it becomes obvious that they missed every nuance of the story, probably because they likely skipped loads of important exposition and the dialogue that sets up the tale and introduces the characters, almost as if they were mindlessly clicking trying to advance to the next sex scene. They complain about the lack of content, because they are unwilling to put any effort into unlocking the tremendous amount of content that you have put into this game.

There are a lot of sex-filled visual novels on f95zone with little-to-no game-play at all. It seems that the overwhelming number of the users who gave The Headmaster a bad review were simply looking for a fap-and-forget Visual Novel. I am actually pleased that The Headmaster does not cater to these users, (who have loads of options to choose from) and instead presents 100% more GAME than a large portion of the content of this website. Their low reviews are badges of honor, sir, and I feel you should think of them simply as people with different tastes who do not appreciate the amazingly complex five course meal you lay out in front of them because what they were craving is just a large order of McNuggets.

And for those who appreciate VNs, (and McNuggets) let me say I am not trying to devalue your preferences, but we all can agree that The Headmaster is not simply a click-repeatedly-and-watch-the-sex-scenes-unfold type of experience.

That will tell you what you need to know... also, PLeAse read the thread in the future. You don't need to go back far. just a week and you'll know what you need. We are pathetically obsessed with this game so question like this usually have already been discussed. Like for example what's in the update. Some spoilers were leaked and we started discussing all the new stuff. We even started trolling, for funzies, A&H about the new building even though they told us they where nothing but place holders and nothing was in development for them. AltosandHerdone should know that there were a couple of PAGES of support before the (first) great purge of +1 posts, and the Mod note was added to Bearded_NoPants post. (That was at around 9:30 AM Central, less than 12 hours after the post, while most of my half of the world was asleep.) There may be more posts afterwards, but they will likely get deleted as well. We do appreciate you, and we vehemently disagree with those that leave poor reviews, for what it's worth.

Why do I keep getting so many bad reviews on this site lately? Not that I need constant positive reassurance but I feel one and two stars for my game is pretty unfair. You create art, share it with the community and then people go out of their way to shit all over it because they don't understand it or it's not to their taste. Puts me in such a bad mood. I need to learn not to let it get to me though.

You can be assured that those same folks leaving the shitty reviews are also the same ones that are asking for full saves of new releases within hours of a new content release. They are to lazy to even put forth the effort to get to their new fap material. I have seen a user with 40 posts and 30 of them were asking for saves and the rest were bitching about updates not being fast enough. Ignore the basement dwelling neck beards and keep making a wonderful game. The amount of positive activity on this forum should be indicative of your major audience and their thoughts.
