Everything was upgraded that I could when I played the last update.

I think I worked from the office enough not sure can't remember.

You don't have to hire Trixie as a assistant as you'll be able to call her from your office in the next update for the alternative when dealing with that turd from the math class.

Here is a small walkthough for everyone who may need it:

1- Skip day one: The game gets buggy if you play it. You can see all scenes in the scenes' menu.
2- Your first and only task at the beginning is to improve the discipline stat: Ignore Samantha when she tells you about visiting the maths's teacher on day 2. Go and visit Ms. Potts instead. Go to her apartment everyday (even on the weekends) even if it means skipping "after spanking" scenes at first. You can watch those later. On wednesdays she's not home. That's when you should go and visit the math teacher and ask him for support on the board.
3-Spank the girls in the classroom at first. It will help you raise discipline. Once your stat is over 20 you can start spanking them at your office.
4- Forget about popularity first. You can raise that later. The max popularity you'll need in this version of the game is 10 and that's really easy to attain.
5- Use your early money to upgrade the science facilities. When asked to hire an assistant hire Trixie. You'll get why later.

Once your discipline stat is over 20 you're sweet. You can do what you want.

Way: Find Faye (the blond pigtail girl) faking illness in the nurses room (afternoon) . Talk to nurse and girl , at second time take anal temperature , make the girl confess avoiding math class and use the plug for her punishment.

This doesn't work? I could talk the first time and get that, but Faye doesn't show up ever again. If I talk to the nurse, then Faye will suddenly on the bed and clicking on her just makes me say that she better not be faking it. Is there a way to actually do the event?

How can I get all the events? I'm missing Priti's Photoshoot but I've done it. I can view it with the cheat and its exactly the option that I chose in game, but with the cheat off, it's labeled as Event Locked. I'm also missing the First Dance Lesson because I chose the other girl as the assistant. Is there any way I can get this one without needing to chose her in the game play? I also can't get Emily and Harriat Compare Boobs, been spying for a while and can't get it. Also, is there a use to Miss Chang's Formula at all?

I'm pretty sure that's a bug. Had that happen before, but playing the latest version and starting from the start, I was able to unlock everything.

A proper punishment system is planned for v0.4, not sure if this means you can do it or the system is refined.

What I'd really like to see either before or as part of the punishment system changing is the Headmaster winning the English teacher over to his side entirely so she'll provide punishments like the gym teacher.

Well the Headmaster finally got to spank one of them. I liked both new scenes with Lucy. Maybe the Saturday morning cleaning's are gonna get a lot more interesting.

Wasn't there another one just like this about same time at least when I saw this. One that had you going to the pool and helping teach a student to swim? I can't remember the name but it was so good, this keeps reminding me of it and it just vanished off face of earth on this forum or I can't find it at least... I can't remember if you were principal or teacher but I swear when I found it on this site it was about same time as this so I can mixing the two up...

During the Priti's pictures event, go for trick option, than buy the cloths and call her again.

After spanking Amy in front of the class for being late and it's said in the scene that she is a masochist, it tells you that you found a point of horniness, and that it is one of two available for v0.3. I don't remember, but isn't that what the stat represented by the pink devil headband looking symbol is for? It still shows zero for that stat. If it helps, I had used a save from v0.2.1, though I had skipped a period like the message for using old saves said to do, and it didn't show up again.
