Some of us can identify with the MC and enjoy sharing. Any appeal to reality is a losing argument. There is nothing realistic about the scenarios in the majority of games, this one included. So if you're able to step outside of reality in order to accept the events of the game when they're "the MC gets all the girls" then you can choose to do the same for "the MC shares the girls."
I'm not arguing for NTR here. Not a fan. I'm not saying you have to like sharing. I'm saying that the reaction to sharing happening in games is often irrational and hypocritical ("it's okay for me/MC to have lots of girls, they must have only me.")
Part of why I play these games is because they're not real life and I can do things I might not outside of the game (note the "I" - I am identifying with the MC.) That includes sharing, which I fervently wish was available as an option in more games.
