I had the same issue - someone pointed out earlier the dev mentioned they didn't finish the final part of the scene - so they left it locked - and put a placeholder scene in there. It will be completed in the final version of 12 (this was an alpha or beta release).
I see, so it is intended behavior, just as I suspected considering the beta message. I just didn't know if it was supposed to stay locked, even if it is a temporary scene.

As far as I can remember, For me, it didn‘t stay locked in the beta version. Do you have passed the locker-room-rule in the Friday board meeting and after that visited the girls locker rooms?
BTW: the message, you get on the end of priti‘s story line is only an hint, that the main story has ended. i personally got The 2 lockerroom scenes only after this.
Same, the locker room was the last thing I did in the entire update, I have everything passed except the nudist area, which is not yet added according to the message if you try to select that. I had the incident in the locker room where the HM couldn't get in and had to call Ms. Newman, then the meeting after, then the scene with Maxine talking to you about getting rid of the new rule while Lucy flashes you behind her, which had me laughing hard. That Maxine one is the scene that won't unlock in replay for me without the cheat based on the preview image for that scene.

Ok, I don't know what I'm missing, but I can't trigger Charlotte's smoking scenes. I have every rule, except for girls locker access, passed, Priti level up to 3 and the rest. Pretty much the only thing left is the Harriet quest. Maybe there's a console command to trigger smoking scenes, eh?
I cannot trigger the Drama Night Part 2 event but i can see it in the replay section. This wont allow me to progress further in Prirti storyline. Is there console command to fix this?
Edit: I changed the drama night event values with save editor, watched the 2nd drama night event, rewatched the event 3 more times but I still cannot trigger Priti scene.

Did you not get any smoking scene or did you get it once but it never appeared? The latter would be known (one of your reactions locks you out from continuing), the former would be new.

Quick question - do you mean hardly (as in not much as all) or hardily (as in like crazy to get it done). Just wast trying to understand if there was something I was missing as most people don't say "we aren't working hard on this" ...

The hero has to fuck Ruth. She needs to be punished for everyone. Good spanking. Corrupt so that she really wants dick and punishment. It's a long time until the end of the game, but I think at the end we will see how the hero turns bad women into whores (for whom Ruth works) and demonstrates their new skills to everyone. Similar to what happened at the beginning of the game, when his methods were ridiculed

It´s in work but it´s not so easy. To translate the new replay menu without causing errors in game is a little bit complicate. We did allready about 200 grafics with translated parts and nearly the half of conversations or menu texts.Quick question - do you mean hardly (as in not much as all) or hardily (as in like crazy to get it done). I really hope that you do this translation work to help only those that doesn't know German. Because, what an excellent way to learn German! For those that doesn't understand English, is there any better or more enjoyable way to learn a foreign language such as English than to play The Headmaster in it's original language version?

Well, if you want to learn Rnglish, you're right. If you don't want to learn English and don't understanding it even a little bit - yes, they are such people with various reasons for it - then it isn't funny to play a English game.
