Indeed, the 3 specials before adding Mykock's Manor (Halloween, Christmas & Debbie's Halloween) were small (the last one being the biggest one and the most interesting gameplay-wise), but engaging. A nice "vacation" from the normal game where you have to manage your wallet (so easy since chapter 2 where you can summon girls every week day to get more $$$) and stats.
I played through the game for the first time on normal, not using cheats at all and almost not peeking into pdf guide, occasionally save-reloading (to get the desired RNG event) and I have to say that the biggest obstacle limiting my progress was money in chapter 1 and some quests bottlenecking other quests. Do you guys also have similar opinion on the current game's progress?

Did you play the Mykock's Manor Special?
It's not a side game, it's actually a quick exposé on the intentions of the institution that is running things behind the scenes, as well as an inventive and quite fun way to implement some polls. Of course the devs could have just posted the polls, but this (small) release showcases the options and makes it all a bit of fun. Once of the questions on the poll is if you want future polls to be done this way. I think it's great.

This game is one of the best written adult games out there, the characters and narrative are the real selling point imo. That being said the erotic content is excellent, it's just not your standard porn game progression and a lot of it early on is teasing and spanking and stuff.Wanted to ask if the mc just spanks love interests and punishes then or is there actual vaginal sex scenes with them because from what I have heard this game is a grind so I hope if I spend my time on this game I get the reward for the grind

The bottom line is if you don't like management games you probably will get frustrated with the pace of the game, especially if you aren't super interested in the narrative and characters.
If you are on the fence and can push your way through the early game you'll be rewarded with some great scenes especially if you are a fan of BDSM (pretty light) and male dom

I think the story isnt going on since 2 years. I like the game but there are multiple points in the story where you are waiting for an update to go further, but it doesnt happen. You can be unwell for a time, have computer-problems or other reasons to slow down the development, but if the story is not going on I`m not paying every month. I do not like side-storys or remakes before a game is finished.

This is one of the pitfalls of sandbox and/or management games as opposed to visual novels. In the latter, a game's story evolves the same way during development and when you play it after it is finished, since it is mostly linear. In these games that isn't necessarily the case, and heavily player dependent in any case. Pushing the main story would also mean that the girls have less content then players would argue about that.
"Any" yes, Priti no (Rachel and Amy are). However, from the way you are phrasing the question I would guess that you will not enjoy the game as is and probaby also not once more fucking goes on, since this is not the main point of the game.

I finally managed to trigger the fundraiser!
I think there is an issue when you do not donate enough at the start of the game, you never get the chance to donate again. (Maybe because of Lucy Saturday mornings?)
Anyway, my solution was to manually change the variable "mr_donation" to 700. Afterwards Maxine approached me about the fundraiser.
I used URM (Universal Renpy Mod) to change this variable.
I hope I helped someone with the same issue.

How do you start the Mycock Manor event? Couldn't find a way to do it in game and the quest note said Reilly will return and that is was Coming Soon.
I've also found that as each individual girls storyline is added/expanded to the game it makes game run a bit smoother from a story events/gameplay perspective. I have played a few times from the beginning after particular updates and found that different storylines can be progressed concurrently meaning you can have fewer days or portions of days that give more generic events. This means that the total day count on my latest runthrough is about 50 to 100 days lower than the playthrough I had from before Priti's events got added which I played up to and including the most recent version. Because of this I think if you only play once as each update comes out you actually miss out on what I believe to be a core building block of how the story is being constructed.
Tl:dr:- As you say, this is not a single linear story but multiple individual storylines that weave in and out of each other as they occur concurrently to each other and I think that as development continues a few variations in dialogue will be edited in to account for different events occuring in different orders to each other, in scenarios where the girls are talking in the bedrooms whilst being spied on for example.
