I've just wrote a review. I wanted to add here:
Several posts ago I've seen that Atlos was worried about negatives comments about Headmaster. Don't worry - With the increase of a game's popularity, it's only natural to get more and more strong opinions. Just keep up the good work and keep on making your vision come true.

Ps. I don't know if someone already post that idea, but I would really like to see Debbie punishing Donna , or HM breaking Ruth as a final boss.

Sorry, that must have been embarrassing. That animation was done differently to the others. It was a video rather than a stop frame animation. I put the sound on the video file so I could synch the video and audio better. I have no idea why the sound isn't being muted though. I think it might be a bug with the Ren'py engine. You should get some headphones, the game is best enjoyed with sound.

I like hair, I like running my fingers through it, I like playing with it, I like brushing it (and women tend to love it when you do).
I am all about variety, but it just makes me sad that they did that to one of the redheads. Why not one of the blondes? I don't like them already anyway! lol

For everyone talking about the group of "24 girls", please see Altos' original patreon post, here (kindly provided by Darkcore) or see below. In it, Altos was responding to concerns that he was in danger of introducing too many girls. He said that his original plan had always been to have 2 classes of 12 girls each, so 24 students in total. But some of those will be relatively minor or background characters - they might appear in group scenes, or have one or two scenes (like e.g. Emily or Tia). Depending on how they score with Patreons, they might then become larger characters.

The only problem I see with a larger cast here, is the potential issues that could arise if a time-limit is ever implemented. We may end up needing more time slots in the day to make that work out ...or something.

I did not that problem, seems to have been a bug, but I feel your pain. That is why I hate games like BaDIK, that have loud audio before you can even get to the options menu to turn it down. The first time I finally got that game to start (after my AV program kept deleting it every time I tried to extract it), some woman's voice came on, alerting all of my neighbors that I was starting porn ...and that was the last time I will ever start any game he works on (not to my tastes anyway).

Though I have to say, once set to a reasonable volume, the audio in this game, unlike most, is not bad. It is one of the only games where I will actually turn the voice audio on sometimes. I usually hate most audio in these games, and mute it all (and headphones are painful to wear).

I think the problem is the Opus Audio Codec you're using for the videos. Have you tried libvorbis instead? (Tried that with the dance_lesson.webm and it looks like volume sliders are working this way...)
If you don't want to reincode the video (only the audio), you could use

Obviously A&H are not Mr.C and The Headmaster is not Corruption but It would be nice if it was. Let me be more clear, Corruption is now in v.2.0 and the story had expanded greatly. I'd like and it would be nice if this happened here. NOT now of course but after the story is done. A&H can flush out side stories for ALL the girls. Maybe through Patreon votes, submissions and/or story competitions. The punishment system should be fully developed by then and all it would take is the renders no? I'm a huge fan of games with tons of side content. I'm not saying A&H should milk the patreon I'm just saying I want to see the universe A&H expanded. Am I wrong? am I the only one?

Nope sorry, disagree. In fact it's great that it's a redhead. (I'm not being a troll here, honest) I love Redheads of all shades, Gingers are the best. I also love punk and rock hair styles. So when I see a funky quaff like the one Sasha is sporting I get ecstatic. I can't wait for Cyberpunk 2077... to bad I don't have a rig that will play it. Don't get me wrong I agree that running you hands through well maintained long silky hair is a joy. But if it's not and it's dry or greasy no thank you. I once dated a girl who had never cut her hair in her life. It went past her ass. she did it because of her mom. Sex was good but the hair got in the way. When she turned 21 she donated her hair to kids with cancer. Her Ma was pissed and she almost disowned her until she started getting tons of praise for her daughters kind hearted act by her church community. She got tons of Face as my girlfriend use to say. Anyways, after she got this lop sided punk hairdo, she became more feisty and the sex, O H M Y G O D! it was like... I still remember it to this day as some of the greatest sex I ever had... why'd I go fuck it up, *sigh* now I'm all bummed.

I persume you missed to read and follow the warning to use headfones at first game start.
To use headfones is absolute importent if you want to play unnoticed or prevent misunderstandings in your neighbourhood.

I prefer that games just not put audio before you can access the settings menu. I have dropped many a game for breaking that rule. It's a real dick move. I don't care if it is porn or a AAA game, putting loud ass audio before we can change the settings is just fucking mean. Just old and broken, lived a long, hard life, and it's catching up to me. lol My hand-eye coordination has been getting worse for decades, the dyslexia makes it worse, and now my arm is legally disabled, and the tinnitus affects my equilibrium pretty badly. Yup, getting old is a drag. I can't recommend it. If you have a choice, don't do it.

I like to adjust my volume per program, I keep the system volume high, due to a lot of things, like movies, having really low volumes, and need to cranked up to hear. I am partly deaf too, mostly due to the tinnitus, hard to hear things clearly when you have an alarm going off in your ears 24/7. I have to have music playing all the time just to drown out the ringing.

But, enough depressing shit, let's talk more about fun things, like how many redheads are in this game! And do you count Maxine and her 'Rogue' hair? Claire is a strawberry blond, that kind of counts. That's only 5 with Sasha and the twins, not enough, we need more! Cass is a bleach blond anyway, we should dye her red! And Sally, and all the other blondes too, especially the bleached ones! Why not? Muahahaha!!!!

But it's by a long shot the best game I've found here so far both when it comes to quality of the audiovisual experience and actual story/character-wise.

I do agree with loud audio being annoying - although I feel it's mostly issue with my own computer, since literally every game I play I need to cut volume down to 10% or so to not destroy my hearing.

I don't mind when there are just little sounds, like when you click on something or whatever, but in most games (unlike this one), if there is vocal audio, it's bloody awful, makes cheap porn look good. And since I don't live alone and can't wear headphones, it's not really up to me. For most games, even 10% is too loud. Even the Japanese ones, with professional voice acting is more than I want to hear most of the time.
...but then, I also hate when they voice the MC in an RPG, it just ruins everything. A waste of resources that could have been better spent on more important content. Like more actual dialogue.

My house just isn't soundproof enough for that yet, though if I have to start recording sounds myself, then that might have to change. But for some reason, most game makers (pros or otherwise), seem to think that I want to be able to hear their crap from down the block, shatter windows and shit. I am already going deaf, I don't need the help.
