Don't know who Trixie is. Just played the game, finished the intro and got to that man first because i was curious what's was going to be to get his vote and tbh i just save and exit the game to ask before continuing.
You need to do part of his path, but you can trick him for the end.
To get to Trixie, you need to go part of Miss Chang's path and take the correct (i.e. outrageous, as usual) decisions.

His "help" would not only contradict the current in-game school rules, but also the fans' wishes. This ugly, old, fat guy is pretty unpopular. I'm quite happy to finally have a game in my hands that doesn't feature "Fat Hank," whose model is being used everywhere just because its cheap. Personally, I hope it stays that way.I wonder if Wilson will ever get to "help"
If this were to become one of the many games where fans who like "old and ugly" and "homeless guys" prevail, the game would lose a lot of its charm and populatiry. The game doesn't only lives from its daring BDSM and dom fetish, its good storytelling, and its psychological core, somewhere between military and psycho doc, but also from its aesthetics. And that's how it should stay. If something isn't broken, don't fix it.

I am not able to find debbie misbehaving anyhow , therefore I can't advance the sally learns the ropes quest , I punished debbie in the classroom itself and not privately before , how to advance the quest now ?

I'm enjoying this game so far, but I am stuck with what appears to be a bug: the office PC shows an email update, but when I click it says there are no emails. I am at Influence 11 and discipline 110, and I feel like that bug is probably stopping my progress.

I can't comment on this specific problem, but my experience with this game is that sometimes you have to complete other quests before you can solve the current one.
Check your open quests menue. There may be something there that needs to be done first.
