As usual, great work on the update even if it wasnt what i was hoping for, i'm more looking for a bit of all girls than one focus, but doesnt matter it will come with time.

I did a full pass with the 12.1, got a couple minor bugs that may have been fixed in 12.3 since.
didnt get the spy scene with the phone at the end, i may have missed the trigger on this one since i dont know what it is.
i did get the harriet caught scene, before i got the harriet/pritty cafeteria scene with the hint to where to catch her.

One thing bothered me, both group punishment scene were a bit extreme considering the advancement of general discipline, while some girl are "weak minded" and will accept easily, and some are already broken, part of them should at least protest more.
So here is a suggestion for a scene to "upgrade" discipline and obedience.
Have an official (mycok or other) come visit and bring with him a girl that either refused to join the college or dropped out early cause she didnt accept to be punished. Have her be broken, physically and mentaly (doesnt mean beaten, but maybe a bit malnurished), showing to the girls what could happen to them, not just as a treat but as a reality. That would justify most of them becoming more "receptive". As a bonus, Donna could recognize that girl as part of her old "entourage", some rich girl too, showing her she isnt immune, and starting to break her (she realy desserve some serious spanking for her attitude, hope she gets it soon).

Without giving them a full role, it could be nice to get some minor events with the other girls in class, the unnamed ones (like the sad one on the bench while you patrol, etc...), just to make the school live, not just the "harem".

About the maid punishment, great idea for harriet, but please dont overuse it on too many girls, it would lose the interest, so far each girl got a specific treatment, keep going that way, only the generic punishments and rules should apply to all (class nudity, inspections, etc...)

Yoo also might want to do some work on the hints in quest log, some are realy obscure and if i didnt already knew what to do i would likely get stuck (as it shows with how many comments are about people not knowing what to do)

Thats it for now, i'll likely redo a full sweep with 12.3 and maybe come back with more comments, ideas, bugs, and then wait impatiently for V13.

A good BDSM-themed game, I must say, despite the usual tendency of many lewd games to prolong progress and tease&deny players with constant promises of 'more content in next updates'. Hopefully the devs will be self-disciplined enough not to lose focus and move the story forward without adding additional characters and plot that will stop half-way, in result going wide instead of deep.

Personally, I can't wait to see Amy being put through paces as a willing paintoy for the Headmaster to test his decidedly more extreme techniques, while she sinks deeper into her (physical rather than psychological) masochism and insatiable thirst for sensory overload. That's the flavor of BDSM I find the most exciting: thrill-seeking overindulgence in extreme sex practices rather than the disciplinary / submissive aspect. So far, Amy's portrayal is that of quite an assertive, strong willed young woman who loves pain almost as much as pleasure and any displays of submission from her are a consequence of that thirst for sensations. I'd love her to stay that way, an honest and supercurious painslut who does not need to be mind-tricked into anything, just guided by an expert, stern hand.

Seconding Sothyr here. The game is designed with the 6 punishment actions in mind. Everything is doable even if some stuff needs figuring out or prerequisites like continuing storylines or buying equipment from the PC in your office (which will usually be prompted when needed).

No it has. It is not the main focus however, so only a few.

I thought the play was very well done. Was interesting to see an actual dialogue forming that was informative and entertaining.
And, of course, see a nude Priti as well.

I did not know this guide until today.
However in the guide it says:

Challenge accepted. With cheating, I think there is a linear step-by-step walkthrough. I will try to provide that after v0.12 is out for public. I played 0.12.1 and it crashed too much
