Hi there ! I played almost every version of The Headmaster since its launch, but never tried the Mycock's Manor version. How does it work ? Is it a sequel ? A side game ? Should we finish The Headmaster before starting Mycock's manor (I remember the guy) ?

It's a side game. Basically it's a Patron poll looking at clothing options, girl choices etc., but wrapped up in a little story. So you get some nudity perhaps (I don't remember any sex scenes for the Headmaster though), and with outfits, you get to see them "in action" rather than just a couple of posed images that might not look quite the same in game. It means you don't have to play them, but also that it doesn't matter when you play them, if you do.
I don't really pay attention to them, but I guess if you want to immerse yourself in the lore of the game, they can give you a bit more background info. Plus, of course, they give you the advance insight as to what you can expect to see in the main game - so Sally's new outfit, some of the cafeteria changes, etc., have been implemented in the main game after appearing as choices in one of the Mycock "side games".
You are insane if you think a dev is going to take the feedback of someone who isn't on their patreon.
Depends on the feedback. If it is constructive and useful, then sure, it happens all the time. I've even gotten added to teams from it several times. But if you just come in bitching and moaning, you are not likely going to get anywhere, even if you are a supporter.
I can't seem to complete Rachel's #12 task "Spy on Rachel's room again"? Nothing happens when I do that. I have been able to complete the next task #13 "Spy on Rachel showering with the other girls", but I'm concerned I won't be able to complete the "Headmaster's Pet" quest without finishing step 12? Any way to fix this or am I missing something?
I don't know if it applies to this instance, but there are cases where if you miss spying on someone the first night (or if some other scene takes priority) you have to repeat the previous step to trigger the night scene's availability that night.

It's my impression that constructive feedback is generally well received. Not automatically accepted, but still well received if written in good faith.
I would be careful about using the word "insane" online. The last one to call me insane regretted it a lot because his post got called out for not reading my post and instead attack me for what he imagined I wrote, but didn't actually write. He never objected to being called insane for believing the "facts" he posted, so I guess he is insane now. I will refrain from commenting on the user name used when calling people insane this time.
