Fixed it. The xdelta3 program was for windows x64 and I'm using x86... so yeah. If you get the same error you can download it from link in spoiler.

Animations are either disabled intentionally or ONEONE1 broke the system while translating -_-

yeesh, RPGM games are getting bigger as of late... probably due to voice files and all... If this game's "Engrish" is at the same level as Dark Elf's Historia, here's to hoping it's as straight forward.

Okay, this is starting to irritate me by alot now, after roughly almost 4 hours into the game somewhere on chapter 3, where you've meet this big ass dragon in like this lava place. I've kept getting crash after the boss one shot me, which proceeded with the main protagnist being posses by that weird slutty person which i can't remember her name was, they were talking and bam it crashes. I restarted the game multiple times it just won't by pass the crash to the point it's unplayable.
