I have not played the game and I don't know AI behaviour very well so I'm probably the right person to comment but...
In the thumbnail the right side of her bra is "folded" weirdly, When I saw that it really made me think of AI because I don't think a human artist would make something like that randomly.
edit: or maybe not, the left side is partially hidden so maybe it has the same look and its just a weirdly shaped underboob bra, idk.

It's 100% AI art, but it received some post-processing to add the final touches, like the hands and pupils. There are pleny of games on the DL site who is doing the same.
P.S. Just wanted to add that it's not a negative thing, but I've noticed some authors at least mention that they've used AI as a tool to assist in their work.
