Game developers that you find on f95zone does not make tons of cash. Maybe developers for Sony and Nintendo make good money, but most amateur developers are just trying to finance the project. Try being supportive and appreciative instead of demanding.
Demanding is what would make better your work, but if you are afraid of some constructive criticism, you will never see what "those amateurs" are making with Innocent Wicthes or Summer Time Saga, i don't remember the "amateur" who's making about 9k a month :)
But i guess you might be sick and tired of people talking shit about your work just let me tell this is not the case, and i'm being supportive taking my time and droping you some lines telling you what will help you get better results from your hard work, i know a lot of 3d modelling is not easy but it can be done better.

No, you did not give constructive critisism, but only a very broad negative comment that said: "Do better renders."

If you had taken the time to scroll up a few Posts, you would have seen that the dev does not do any rendering at all, but commissions the art.

So you could have written:

With my long experience in 3d art I would suggest that your artist does x and y to come closer to the original Models. Or x and y pose is always Tricky, maybe do z instead.

No, all the negativity is the reason why developers stop sharing their work and games end up as abandoned. I'm sure that that there is a handful of developers in here who manage to make a profit, but most of the developers on F95zone are spending time and money on creating games that you can play for free here on f95zone. The lack of respect that you're showing does not encourage more people to try producing something or sharing the work with the public.

If a big game has 9k in income then I'm pretty sure that they also have at least 5K in expenses. Either way, most of developers are not in that category. We don't create because we expect to make money. We create because we enjoy creating and we do this in whatever spare time we have after work. When someone on a pirate site calls developers who share their work for free greedy then that is very disrespectful and provoking.

Oh the game is completed now? But it says part 1 will there be a sequel?
It was the best decision for the situation. If you read back a bit in this thread, you can see specifics. Basically, the artist doing renders for the illustrated version stopped responding to / working with the dev. So rather than do other things that might not work as well, the decision was made to stop the current content as Season 1, which is complete. Starting with Season 2, the story continues with a new artist. (The continued story is already very much written — though also not complete yet — as this illustrated version of the VN is behind what's already written in the text-based version. The text version is also here on F95Zone.)

Did the dev ever figure out how to make his saves forward compatible so you didn't have to start fresh every time a new version dropped? I don't know why, but it is always the devs of the grindiest games that do that.

Well... if by "lack of respect" you meant that you don't want to hear a honest opinion, you are living in a fantasy world, and you expect to everybody to accept and love what you are creating. Lets be real to make money you need to invest money, and the return would be according to the quality of your creations, but but even if i expect quality for free, there will be others who would appreciate and support more awesome creators, but you don't want to accept that your "game" is close to garbage, the story is good but the sex animations and the grammar mistakes are awful, maybe your primarily language is not English and neither mine, i only learn the language living 16 years in the USA, but that is not an excuse now a days with a tons of AI technologies doing the translation for free, also the game engine you are using is free and your only investment on this is time and the reason some "game developers" just abandon their "games" is because they expect to make good cash fast before they make a name for themselves or they delve in to topics that our society is not ready to accept and frown upon really harsh especially when their family find about it.
I will leave alone in your fantasy world and not respond to your next replay because i can see you can't take it like a man and stop whining about people disrespect, but i would like to ask you to considered your work because your novel has a good story even i don't like that much of BDSM, and i would like to see you succeed and make a name for yourself, and the cash will follow after that.
Good luck bruh.

No, I have never said anything about your opinion of the game. I don't care about your opinion of the game. I commented on the fact that you call game developers who create free content greedy.

Well 99% of us don't expect to make money from creating visual novels, renders or other things we put out on this site. We have normal jobs where we get our incomes. This is a hobby we do in our spare time because we enjoy creating something. If you think that you have the talent, the money, resources and the time to create a money-making project then it is good for you. I'm not interested in investing that much.

but you don't want to accept that your "game" is close to garbage
I have no problem with accepting that most people think that my game is garbage. If one person find my game enjoyable then that is good enough for me.

"game developers" just abandon their "games" is because they expect to make good cash fast before they make a name for themselves
No, most game developers don't live in your fantasy world. They know that this hobby is time consuming and expensive. They have no naive expectations of ever making money from their hobby. They just stop sharing their creations online because they get tired of all the negativity.

No matter what you or I or anyone else does, there will always be someone who thinks it's not the way they think it should be. Do what I do -> just try to ignore it. Over time you will have quite a long ignore list. But believe me, it's a lot easier on your nerves.

And in all confidence, I like your game.
