Tough situation, I don't know what you could do, maybe register the game in another name? Could that work? The problem with Subscribe star is that they block your cards if they suspect you "poach" content and upload it so nearly most of my cards are blocked. It is kind of an ass tyring to use subscribestar.

I don't think another name will help. When they discover that I'm promoting the same game they will take my confiscate my money and kick me out again.
I will try to convince them that part 2 is within their rules and that models has been adjusted. I'm not very optimistic, I think I just need to accept that Patreon is gone at least while I'm working on this game. Perhaps at some point I can start a Patreon site with a new game and without promoting it too much give out THS as a bonus to top tiers?

Did you consider Steam? Desert Stalker has at least 3 characters in the "stepdaughter age". One is Ain. You can see her in my sig. yeah DS is not comparable to THS in regards to "being off age based off looks"
That Menu screen shot show a bunch off petite young women,i'm not surprised some patreon MOD or review board flagged it if they saw that image and only that.
Not saying that the following was the intend off Erik but it is pretty obvious that some people try to push content by just labeling under-aged content as off age especially in virtual content.
or use the "3rd party" scapegoat which is most common for "the family affiliation"(incest) content.
if you try to look at things from patreon's side its all a risk/reward estimate and the scales just tipped into to high risk for them.
as cutting off Erik's patreon will probably not hurt patreon but any issue could come with underage content will cost them a lot image wise etc.
now we having played THS obviously we all know that that will not be a issue.
IMO its just the choice off models leaning towards younger & petite women for a part off the cast is the reason this got misinterpreted and flagged by patreon.
i know this sucks for Erik but patreon doing this was just a matter off time...
they may have put forward the reason off "under-aged" for it but it seems that a bunch off the users here who have experienced patreon bans before to have forgotten that "step dad x step daughter" is considered as incest and ban-able under patreon TOS.
which obviously and undeniable is the case in THS. (its even in the VN description

As you hopefully can see I've hired a professional artist to do renders and animations. At the moment that means that the project has more expenses than income. Hopefully that will change when the new version is out.

pass on my thumbs up on to the new art/render dev.
models look close to like they do in part1 + it seems the environments got a slight upgrade.
hard to say for sure but these previews are looking good

It's mine, but Itch isn't a subscription site and doesn't bring much income. Maybe I will publish something there, but it's not something that I will prioritize.
The illusion of having a choice. There's only one right option here, the other one should have been game over.
