The way it handles different character types and their reactions to your bullshit is out of this world. For example, - i was trying to make them show me their underwear by claiming that its actually an Emperor's order, and we only tolerate white underwear in our empire. Within 15 minutes session i had:

- Some shy chicks that actually comply because its an "official protocol" and nothing can be done

- Diplomats that tried to dodge the request by giving me tons of unnessesary facts about their race, like "Dragonkin women don't usually wear an underwear because it irritates the skin, anyway lets stick to the topic of my diplomatic mission...", while roasting the credibility of this "Emperor's order" in the process

- Fierce Warrior chick who actually knew the Emperor in person, and laughed into my face

- Powerful irritated mage, that opened a portal into her private chamber and bringed a set of white lingerie

- Innocent but strong-willed girl who was insisting that this request will make her impure so hard that i had no choice but to let her pass

- Some elven princess who requested to change the Empire's laws because she don't want to comply with this bullshit

The variability and believability of this characters is insane. This is the problem i had with all IG clones out there - the developers don't usually bother to put enough effort into making the characters alive and interesting.

If you will be able to put this skeleton into an actual game, like add the progression, some storyline, maybe some penalties for "too extreme" behavior, and maybe some frame for player's actions (for example making the player choose between 3-5 dialogue options while interacting instead of just typing), this will be the greatest game ever

Yep, that sounds about right! And why I gave up on trying to do anything more with it.

The AI approach felt like it had a lot of potential, but per the initial share, when I tried to give it any more developed sense of rules, progression, storyline, etc. it was just too dumb to remember most of it.

I'm stuck in a headspace from TIGK and I was curious how gamey vs how much dynamic story this is , as in am I at risk for losing if I don't scrutinize every applicant to the same level I would in a more visual gate keeping game.

It's not dynamic or gamey at all - (I actually tried to build it so it could be, but the AI could never remember enough of it to work, had to scale it right back.)

Thanks, I did eventually just mess about with it. It does a quite good job of running with it if you prompt it with a backstory for who should be next in line.

Love the game, don't love the site. I logged in to make it less likely to lose my session and now it keeps breaking immersion with non canon advertising posts about smartphone games.

I made the mistake of prompting it for someone naive and nervous so that I could bullshit them and it produced the perfect adorable wooby and made me feel awful that they were so close to tears and needed a friend. I couldn't go forward with my awfulness and spent like a half hour just seeing how much I could interact with them as if I was actually the gate guard and if the AI would forget the mental state of that character or not.

Oh I see, The first time I saw this uncensored art was in a Russian forum somewhere when I started uncensoring a really long time ago. Since my art isn't the best I thought about sharing his art first, but the thing was that said forum wasn't mentioning the artist at all so I had no way to updated when new patchs come out nor a way to give him credits.

Loved 'The Imperial Gatekeeper' when I played it a while back, always disappointed there weren't more like it.

So I tried to recreate and expand on it using AI:

To be totally upfront, it's very limited - I could really only recreate the essence of the game (setting, concept, etc.)

I tried to add more (e.g. gold, reputation, rank-ups, ability to set preferences, etc.) but right now the publicly available AI is just too dumb. It forgot 80-90% of what it was supposed to do, every time, and the only way I could make it stable and consistent was pulling it back to bare essentials.

If you like the core concept of gatekeeper though, you may enjoy it.

It has surprisingly good memory for an AI. I had an elf artist who's credentials was dubious, so I kept her around, sketching the next 5 more patrons of the gate. Not only did the AI not forget her, I was able to interact with her throughout, others will respond to her presence, AND it was able to recall on the two different tricks I used to investigate her credentials after all of that. That was a very fun session, much much better than when I tried to have a 1 on 1 with chatgpt 3.5 no matter how I tried to prompt the rules to it.

Nobody created? You're talking as if AI just develops a game on its own. So called slop is when people can't prompt properly or too lazy to use the tools provided, otherwise AI is more than capable to make better porn than humans.

"can't prompt properly" do you read the words you type? Prompting isn't a skill, AI users are lazy by default.
AI isn't capable of making better porn either. I've seen AI porn, it all looks like shit because the AI doesn't have basic pattern recognition and the prompter is too creatively stunted to tell that what they've made is shit. All the AI cg games on this website are incapable of making any given thing look consistent between images. You just see the world in vague shapes and colors, don't you? I can't imagine how else you'd be able to enjoy AI generated crap.

There. Earlier you said that nobody makes this art. Funny how AI haters are often less coherent than the thing they hate. And what if the prompter is not creatively stunned? Same with artists, some are talented but most, well, aren’t. Also you mentioned consistency. Well, again, it’s up to the “prompter” if they care about consistency. AI is a tool and will keep getting progressively better, fast. If you made a sloppy painting do you blame the brush?
