1 - v1.05 is Kagura's official translated english of uncensored 1.75 Japanese version - 1.05 is just to differentiate between Japanese and Kagura version - the difference between this version and Procrastinatus patch is that, this version uses original NPC, while Procrastinatus makes NPC "prettier".
2 - - this is the fan translated version of 1.75 with fan made beauty patch - this is a fully patched game, not just a mod, so you can play the game without extra effort.

So there is no content patch for the Kagura version with their translation?

So choices are a likely poorer translation or less characters/content?

No option for the best of both worlds?

I spent like 10 mins playing the fan translated version and the translation appears to bother me too much to really give it a full go.

Kagura is the official English translation, content patch are fans made only,

The fan translation are good enough, their translation style attempt to stay as close as the original Japanese as possible.
Kagura translation aims for proper English and better understanding, so you understand better when instructions are given.

Fan translated version with the patch made edit to the faces of female NPC to make them "shorter" and "prettier", they also added a few more female NPC to the game for you to harass at the gate.
Kagura's female NPC' faces remain the same as the original Japanese version done by the Japanese artist.

The game is short, why not play Kagura's version first to see what the original art looks like and take a look at the better translated instruction manual, then go play the prettier fan translated version?

If you jump all the hoops to play on android you are going to have a subpar experience as the game uses two handed controls for speed.

Tried it and it's a moderately good one. Reasonably close to Imperial Gatekeeper in structure and gameplay without doing the same thing. There's a progression between cities, and a progression of the things you can do, plus some named NPCs you can eventually have your way with. Even a small mystery plot twist, unexpectedly. The variety of how girls look and dress is pretty nice although I wish they wore something on their lower bodies or some underwear.
For me personally, compared to the Gatekeeper this game lacks the buildup to nudity although it's very understandable given the subject material. Difficulty is on the easy side but you have to listen to the explanations carefully as I don't think they can repeat if you click through. The gameplay loop is pretty basic but I didn't get bored till the end.
As a small content warning, there's plenty of futanari content in the last stage but it's all passive, none of the girls want to penetrate Doctor. But you still have to examine erect woman penises as a part of your job.

looks to be a typo that is not obvious to us because we don't speak the language, all the files seem to be paired with a twin labelled copia (copy?). Navigate down the folders data, pictures, and find the file c33_MobWomanA_F0 - copia and add the m to the end to make it copiam

I'm at a loss, I normally play the procrastinus content pack version which doesn't have the copied files so I have no clue what is really going on with the version you are playing.

i downloaded the version that has it, at least it says so in the main menu
i remember being used to find them in sandbox mode but i dont remember which version i played on originally

Procrastinatus's version is fan translated + his beauty mod + uncensored - no need other patch
Kagura is officially translated and uncensored - no need other patch
New NPC plus version is even more NPC, but it is build on an eariler version of Procastinatus - this is also stand alone - no need other patches.
Choose Kagura for better english translation and original NPC and no error at all.
Choose Procrastinaus for beautify NPC and almost no error.
Choose New NPC plus version for more NPC but some errors.

the version i currently have is the newest update to the npc mod pack, and the game merged files. however, the creator who updated npc mod, also translated the entire game to spanish. ive tried merging files to turn the translation back, however, it removes the newest content. so heres the newest content, but it needs english translation. if you or anyone figure that out, let me know. Mega

The mega link above is for NPC + version and it is in spanish. So unless you already learned how to play the game in English or understand Spanish, it could be tough.
