They are separate. If you go to the OP, there's a SPOILER button you can click. When that's clicked, you'll see links for Chapter 1. Run through that fully and at the end you'll do an info export for Chapter 2. Then download Chapter 2 and import the data from Chapter 1 that was exported. Once that's finished, proceed playing through Chapter 2.

How do you screenshot in this game? Typically, you just press "S" on the keyboard with renpy games, but it doesn't seem to work on this game.

Nvm, it's Alt+Shift+S.
