it is if dev says char is over 18, seen younger and A LOT younger looking (didn't play last but on it girls were basically young kids but still it is here (accepted years ago) and i asked why from mods and answer was basically because.
steam is different thing, they don't just trust devs words..

few times. that person meant sex with youngest of girls. as explained earlier tag is cause she looks too young.
also she appears in flashbacks as a kid but nothing sexual with her on those.

Why Alice looks so young is clearly explained in the game, despite the fact that she is over 18 (also clearly stated many times). This is a BIG part of the story. Later she spends time looking older than 18 also. My theory is that Steam just did not take the time to actually go through the entire game and see what was really going on, and what the story was about. Why bother. They are making plenty of money without one more game.

the dev is actually doing a really good job of obfuscating what is actually going on, so I imagine it's possible. I just replayed through the current content, and I am very interested to see an update whenever that happens.

we don't know when next update. fantasy is non-canon scenes with same chars as main game has.
TBF. there ARE sex scenes with young model. And steam nor does anybody else sane, for that matter, would care if you even make really thought-through story about how it is actually 5000 y.o. in body of infant. They care about presentation of infant engaged in sex act.
I`d say, that if author would remove said scene, steam could easily pass it through. There are other games and VNs with sexual content, wherethere are also child models. As long as no sex scenes are with them in pucture it seems like everything is fine.
P.S. Also that red-head ex-junkie have questionable model and also engaged in sexual act. Model look like body of, at best, underdeveloped 16 y.o. For 18 y.o. to looklike that she should have growth hormone condition and even then, she would look different.
So i can clearly see why steam would go that way. So even if we took morals aside, there still would be questionable legal status of said work.
Kinda hughlights good`ol "more laws - less justice" saying. Anyone who played thegame could see, that it is really better thanlots of "legal" porn. But how you can put it in laws? I dont know. And even if any ban on cartoon porn with children be lifted, it would have unforsen and shitty consequences.
