There's been talk about this developer having issues because he have barely making any progress on the game, and this is the second remake attempt (I think) that doesn't really redo anything. He just added NTR at the beginning, redesigned the UI a bit, and now is reintroducing the same scenes from the old version but with supposed improvements. That slow pace might make it look like a copy, but I THINK both games are more or less contemporary, and Little Man has progressed much faster than this one.
I doubt they're the same devs because the Little Man dev hasn't included any NTR or sharing elements in his game, and it doesn't seem like he will anytime soon. However, this dev has dropped many hints about it, scenes with other characters, etc... Supposedly, Island of Milfs is a kind of homage to another game called "Bad Intentions" or something like that, but the dev refuses to let the MC from Island of Milfs get all the objectives. This dev got upset when people told him they didn't like that the MC wasn't the one taking advantage of the stepmother at the beginning, and from then on, he rejected all suggestions and complaints. Then he deleted his blog and started a new one.
All of this should summarize the state of the game so far. The moment you see the MC's brother reappear, assume the whole game is going to turn into NTR. The same goes if the other character who previously made a deal with the magician reappears.

Don't you worry my friend only one of these tags got added and taken away from this rework of the game and neither of which was a good decision from the developer

If any of you guys know games with a GILF in it pls recommend me some I'm tired of having to go back to this game just to get little to no content added for Dolores(the gilf).

The new update is now just an .exe file; there are no folders now. The developer apparently changed the way the game is exported; maybe he don't want people to see the game's content without playing it anymore, haha.
There are hardly any games of this type with well-proportioned GILFs, the only one I can think of is the alternate version of Urban Demons, the community made a mod and added the MC's grandmother, I think the Dev did a small poll to decide if he should bring her back in the remake and the last time I saw it, almost everyone had voted yes.

I think the horse stuff will not be in the newer versions, only in the old ones.
Also have this bug. The entire game runs like it's on fast-forward; inputs repeat (including the phone menu), dialogue and characters move too quickly, etc.
