Exactly in that order if you didn't already figured it out. Press Button, then Flip Switch next screen, then Turn Dial next screen, finally you should have Pull Lever.

can you avoid allowing other males in the actions? For the birthday party, it showed the clerk with the girls, I want to avoid that. EVERY FEMALES ARE MINE AND MINE ALONE LOL.

Nope, can't be avoided.

To be fair, a lot of the women are fucking each other anyway so if you legit want all the women to be yours alone, probably not the best game for you.
