There is probably a collectable for you to find, like a coin.the quest book tells me that there are no more quests available but it marks the overall progress at 98.5%. while the map tells me that there should be something in Sienna's room but I can't find anything
You can also play the game as a regular VN now, not as a sandbox. Start a new game and choose the regular VN choice (this is what was added in the latest version). That's possible but the map still shows a golden coin in her room, but there is nothing more to find there. Unless the collectible is something like 1 pixel wide and I missed but I have clicked on the whole thing and nothing comes.

Thanks a lot, I think that is due to my monitor that it was perfectly camouflaged on top of that table with the tablecoth being almost the same colour. Found it !
