I have not been following this game very closely, but it is my understanding that there was some strong feedback with Lucy (personally I have no complaints myself, she's actually my favorite), and if you play it from the start, you'll notice she was progressively being removed from the story or certain interactions require your input (do you wish to visit Lucy), its one of these things I was actually discussing on another thread, the developer gets feedback, decide to not step in eggshells, then changes the direction afraid of the backlash and next thing you know X, Z or Y it's out.

I spent all that time and worry fixing lucy so i could wife her up and you just write her out of the story???? WTF! also....Ellie has taken a cock in vag and a cock in the ass....when are we going to get to DP her (this should have been something you did before you wrote lucy out. Edit: LMAO, reading comments i can see this was an incredibly unpopular decision. Game went from like 4.5/5 to 2/5 with one shitty decision.
