Pretty much every one of those keypads have a hint to their code nearby. Pay close attention to your surroundings. Things like posters on the wall or pictures on a board that you can inspect.

If you're looking for an exact code handout, give us more info on where that is. Can't really tell from your screenshot.

In the Assassination Operation chapter, after the blue key is obtained, all zombies and soldiers are wiped out, and the password inside is 9842 (4 posters upside down). The soldiers and zombies are not infinite. Hope this helps.

Not all of them if you actually install the files by the OP you can see that there is alot removed
