To access the new story segments, it's necessary to select "I still can't say that" to Mary, followed by "I want someone else" at the Beach. Then play through the Ending as normal until the Shizuka segment pops up.

Look here.may be a hot take but i think devs should have mary become exclusive to arato now, the two are close in age and fit extremely well together also their scenes are always incredibly hot , mary and satoshi is doomed, mary and kendo while fucking hard never really felt like they belong together the way mary and arato do.

Not that hot of a take, Arato's first scene with Mary came out of nowhere and is easily the hottest. Thats saying alot seeing how pretty much every scene is hot but the concept behind them in different rooms having sex couple with the buildup and delivery is bar none. No scene has felt the same since IMO. In a drought, I replay that scene and give her the aphrodisiac.
Its what makes No Try the GOAT. Even the scene before that where she bends over and teases him as he's banging his girl was chefs kiss!
