This is the exact appeal of impregnation/pregnancy in NTR games, and why it gets requested so often when talking about NTR. Seeing the "conquered" woman get pregnant with her lover... well that's the final frontier as some would say. A woman bearing your child is the ultimate expression of love - even if, in NTR situations, it might be "corrupted/twisted" love. But what about the presentation. That was the initial reason I got this discussion rolling.
Is it just confirmed/implied by text that impregnation happened or do we get to "see" it down the road as well.

And I will take it a step further, and say that simply showing the woman pregnant in a picture at the very end is cheap cop-out (like one of the current Kendo x Mary endings). If you want to make them pregnant for the endings, then make them pregnant for the endings. It doesn't have to include pregnancy sex (that's a separate fetish as well), but seeing the woman, sporting a pregnant belly, talking to the protagonist, that's when you truly complete that arc.
In Natsuko's example, the dev would 'have to' first have Natsuko talk to Yoshi about being ready to start a family with him - but only if Kendo is the father. Yoshi might not fully agree to this, but Natsuko says she'll only have kids with a "superior" male like Kendo, then Yoshi sheepishly agrees. Then comes the impregnation sex scenes, then you can flash forward a few months ahead, which is when you show a pregnant Natsuko walking with Yoshi and talking about the baby. But, of course, that's just my kinky ass. Hopefully the dev is willing to do this.

Endings that involve the girls. IIRC, there are no endings that show what happens with Natsuko, Rin, Erina or Karou.

It's just my personal belief - that NTR games should 'naturally' end with the NTRed girls getting pregnant. And that, if you decide to go that way, don't resort to just adding a few renders and lines "And, btw, Erina is pregnant" and call it a day.
Doesn't mean all the girls have to end up pregnant, if you think their stories would be worse for it.

If I do this, then yeah, I don't plan to be half-assed about it. The renders in Kendo Ending 1 I put there mainly as a tease, but without the more complete endings planned for later, I suppose people assumed that's all there would be of it.
Ahhh, that. Well, still working out Rin and Kaoru's story. Everyone will eventually have a proper ending, but it might be a more "all the stories converge" sort of affair, with individual segments for each girl, rather than different endings altogether.

As for the side-girls, yeah, no need to have them all in different endings, especially since their stories don't diverge all that much as is. An ending showing what the end of the summer vacation means for them, especially Natsuko.
