I agree. Impregnation itself - without showing the aftermath, the pregnancy - is kinda boring to me. Like others said here, impregnation on it's own is just a creampie with extra dirty talk.

And I will take it a step further, and say that simply showing the woman pregnant in a picture at the very end is cheap cop-out (like one of the current Kendo x Mary endings). If you want to make them pregnant for the endings, then make them pregnant for the endings. It doesn't have to include pregnancy sex (that's a separate fetish as well), but seeing the woman, sporting a pregnant belly, talking to the protagonist, that's when you truly complete that arc.

In Natsuko's example, the dev would 'have to' first have Natsuko talk to Yoshi about being ready to start a family with him - but only if Kendo is the father. Yoshi might not fully agree to this, but Natsuko says she'll only have kids with a "superior" male like Kendo, then Yoshi sheepishly agrees. Then comes the impregnation sex scenes, then you can flash forward a few months ahead, which is when you show a pregnant Natsuko walking with Yoshi and talking about the baby. But, of course, that's just my kinky ass. Hopefully the dev is willing to do this.
