There are a few group scenes. Not sure if they count as massive, though. Threesomes and foursomes.
It's part of the King scenes, which unlock after progressing a little through Naomi's scenes. One of them triggers a camping trip event, in which these scenes occur.

Is there an alternate route for Ending 3 of the Arato Route? When Shizuka is sitting on the bed thinking about what's bothering her after Satoshi loses Mary completely after the third bottle game, it seems like she might regret everything that happened. If so, what are the conditions to unlock it?
There isn't any, at least not at the moment. DEV could add it after it, only he knows

I mean, just check manually, click latest updates, which is right at the top, you will see games listed with their main picture, holding mouse over them or your finger ,if it is mobile device, allows you to see other pictures as if you are watching slide show, that way you can tell if it is a koikatsu game or not, just check the review ratings and stuff , you will know if it is a good game. I used the same trick to track down all the koikatsu or similar games and played the ones I found interesting
i mean. i know that . but wouldn't it show only the new one? some people might know some good old games. is asking game recommendation not allowed here?
Didn't you read my post fully ? I said I found every koikatsu based game and played every one of them which I found interesting, just flip pages from 1 to the end, it took me less that 1 hour to check each game on this website, I used animated tag , so it reduced some of the work for me, also just because someone recommends something that doesn't mean you will love it and more importantly no one is going to tell you the names of all the good koikatsu games, that's why I said go look for them yourself and I gave you perfect way to do it.
